I just recieved an update from IRCC that I need to upload my passport biodata page and scan my travel history to clearly show my current immigration status in my country of residence as well as my past travels. But the thing is that I have ALREADY scanned my passport biodata passport and evidence of past travels!!
How exactly should I scan my travel history that is acceptable for them?

sometimes they ask for information that is already provided. just rescan, make sure it's clear and has all info and send

But why would they need to do this? Wouldn't it be pointless to ask for information already provided?

Maybe the previous scans were of a lower resolution/not clear

It happens.
Or I could have sent some information in a way that wasn't clear? Like for example some of my past [resident] visas look exactly like my current one.
