Hello everyone,

As many have informed me ahead of time, the CIC dropped my visa from my parents' sponsorship application because I am married (I didn't know about this rule). My canadian sister sponsored our family, the application was submitted in 2010, I was married in 2013 and "was not considered a dependent" anymore according to CIC. However, quebec has issued me a CSQ with my parents in 2015 "family class".

I was reading that if i have the csq, then I can apply for pr.

Can i do that in my case?? Please help!
