i have my visa and everything but Not biometric correspondence letter.

i have not received it. i have given biometric in January 2021 but never received Biometric Correspondence Letter
is it really required to enter into canada?
what can i do?
 
That is strange, it should have come before (or together with) your PPR.
It is not required to enter Canada.

You may raise a webform for this concern. Ideally everyone gets the BVL with or before PPR. They would reply and may share it with you.
