I am looking for some advice. I got invitation to apply for pr. I have 4 years of IT experience overseas. And in Canada i have 1 year manager experience category 0. I already applied for PR and updated all the documents. My medical is done.

This week I lost my job. Will it effect on my PR file?

What is your category? CEC or FSW? With FSW you should be okay.

How do I know which category I have applied from? Because I have submitted my file my own. As I said I live on Ontario and I have submitted my express entry profile based on my past work experiences ( Overseas and Canada both). I have also achieved 8 bands in IELTS and studied two years in Canada. So based on all this information my points was some where like 472. And in draw I got invitation.

you do not need to be in job for PR application!! so far I know!

Having no job is irrelevant to your application.

So in simple words it will have no effect on application at all right sir?
