ecas is not that accurate, so please do not worry about it.
August applicants are just starting to get MRs, so it might be a month or more before you receive yours. Of course I hope it will happen soon for you!
Sometimes the status will get updated to 'In process', and often that would be the time you would be getting MR or RPRF/biodata requests.
But there are also cases when status changes to 'in process' and nothing happens for month.
So please take all those status updates with 'a grain of salt'.
