I completed my Bachelors in Business Administration in 2015 from Pakistan. Since then I have been working, and now I am going to apply for admission in UVIC for Diploma in Business Administration. I want to know if this degree would be a good match for me after Bachelors and have no negative affect on my study permit application. Considering that the minimum requirements set for this diploma is "2+ years post-secondary education or a minimum of five years work experience", please guide.

Go for Post Graduate diploma or even better MBA. Visa officer will question why you are doing a diploma when you already have a BBA and might reject your study permit. You need to show progression in your studies.
As above given you already have a BBA then taking a diploma course in business administration does not show immigration any progression so is likely your study permit may not be issued.
