I have a multi-entry visitor visa and my wife has a study permit so, can I apply for work permit while I'm in Canada ? and If I applied for work permit and I leave Canada for a while can I come back to Canada at any time (since I have a multi-entry visitor visa) ?
also I want to ask how many days the work permit will take to be issued ?

yes you can apply in Canada, and as a visitor TVR holder you could go out to Canada
also, you can extend your stay as a accompanying
if you get a work permit, you could go out and come back to Canada any time with a new visa (TVR)

    • public post-secondary school, such as a college or university, or CEGEP in Quebec
    • private college-level school in Quebec or
    • Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law (for example, Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate degree) and
  • have a valid study permit.
