Since many people know,in Canada, to apply for divorce you need to live 1 year apart. I am in that situation. Completely separated from my ex more than a year but not divorced. We will present divorce in a couple of months.
I met an old flame when I went to my country (Cuba) for visiting recently. I would like to invite her for Christmas. My mother has visited me 4 times, and always returned back on time.
What are her odds of being approved? She has no intentions of staying here , but that is not the problem. Since I am in the middle of the divorce process , we are thinking of applying for a multiple entry VISA. And in the future, think more seriously about who goes where. YES, I might go back to Cuba.
