So I started studying in canada in 2017 fall till 2018 winter and took a break, went back home for 7 months then continued studying in 2019 winter and graduated in 2021 winter.
1-For my education history: should I make one line for started from 2017 till 2021 (graduated) ? or should I say 2017 to 2018 ( not completed) then add a second line 2019 to 2021 ( graduated) ?
2-For my personal history should I mention that break I took under unemployed (visiting home country) overlapping with the dates of my studies (2017 to 2021)?

Got it! That's what I am planning to do, I will keep my education in 1 line from 2017 till 2021. But I will break it down in my personal activities section, as unemployed, like you said.
Even if i wanted to split my studies, It doesn't allow me since i only finished 1 semester, and it doesn't let me write 0.5 for academic years completed.
I will write an loe for my education section to explain why I had to modify my studies in personal history.
