well, sir i had 40 backlogs in my diploma in cilvil engineering with repetitions and without repetition they was 13. So, can i get visa for canada or uk easily? Base On ielts exam? Moreover,my CGPA in diploma was 6.85. And i also cleard all backlogs successfully. So how much chances for foreign universitie’s admissions and visa approval?

No offence bro but backlogs could be problem.. I think u should do b.tech with good record then apply.
Or u can try luck but u need strong SOP to convince visa officer that why u were not good at study in past and how u can perform better in future..
