I worked with an IT company which is not registered ( no GST ) , but it has proper office , a website and listed on Google.

Can I use experience letter from this company to claim work experience for fswp ? They paid me salary through upi .

What is your status in Canada? You are working illegally unless you are declaring your income to CRA and paying Canadian taxes. Have you been declaring your income to the CRA? If you are an asylum claimant you can't use your Canadian work experience to apply for express entry while in Canada. Would suggest you work for a legal business especially while filing for asylum. As a potential citizen I would also report your employer for tax fraud.

Hey , you missunderstood. My employer is obviously paying tax. But due to low income there are rules which won't allow him to register the company . You totally missunderstood the question. And I am still in India itself not in Canada
