I got overall 6.5 bands, just 1 subject I have 5.5. Will I get visa for canada ??

No one can tell you if you will get a permit based on low IELTS scores. Will depend on your profile, funds and program.

1. Most public universities require a minimum of 6.0 in all modules. Public colleges may accept. Private schools will accept pretty well anyone who is breathing and has the funds to pay the tuition. Whether CIC will issue a study permit is another issue.
