I got ITA today but there's a change in my current job

I've been working for the same company as a permanent full-time web designer for 2.5 years so I'm eligible for FSW and CEC. However, 2 months ago, I became an indefinite full-time contract designer and my payroll taxes have not been reported since then because I'm living in a different province now. We didn't even make a contract for my current contract position as my salary and everything else are the same. Should I list the end date for this experience and consider my contract position not to exist or just keep it as my current job?
