I have next problem:
I traveled to Canada for a visit last week,because i have friends in there.But i was refused to enter to the country because previously i was a refugee there and had an deportation order. But all this happened in the year 1997 and i was then only 17 year old and all the things about immigration managed my parents with whom i was.
Now when i arrived to Canada after 13 years they told me that i am not authorized to enter the country and that i will be (deemed deported).They arrested me and in few days deported me back to Israel where i come from.
Now the question is, can i get the authorisation from the embassy and how long will it take?

You have to apply for an ARC (Authorization to Return to Canada) to an overseas office and pay the fee. You have show that you have a good reason to return to Canada before it will be issue. You will have to contact the consulate in Tel Aviv on how to proceed. OP 18 is the manual with instructions but it is not on line.
