Your understanding is spot on. Medical check up is a must. No student visa without meds. You are already late for may session.

@Sardar...There is an option. If u r going to study for less six months then Medical is not necessary...for more than six months...its mandatory.

Just wait for your medical call or any response from chc . You know , they can ask for a personal interview or require further docs when they send you med docs. You can easily defer it to the next intake. All you need to do is to drop an email to your university. You have plenty of time in your hands for deferment. @ sardar

@ sardar ali. Since you are going to miss may session for sure. Wait till one more week, still no medical call. CHC will sure ask for new deferral letter. After that just tell your university to defer your intake. You know, rules for deferment vary from university to university. For some universities, you will need to notify them two weeks earlier from course start date. Humble opinion, wait one more week then ask for deferral from your university. You are way too late and CHC will need it in any case

hello guys... well came to know about this form jux today so itx my first post.. umm leme share my experience with you guys.. well i applied for study permit on 7feb,2011 via fedex. i got my medical call on 24 march 2011 and did medical and sent my passport again on 28 march 2011 and now its 27april and i havent got any response from them as yet. i emailed them on 13april that already itx been more than two months and my classes will start on 5th may so kindly do something... they will reply my email in 28 working days ... so thats my update.. anyone who has the same case as mine please let me know ... good luck to all of u i know itx a tension period...
