I got an update from Banglore visa office!

guys I got a mail from cic that my account has been updated. However, when I log into my GC account, there are no updates. Also, vfs tracking shows that my application is under process at the Banglore visa office. I applied on 11th July and my medical was updated on 26th July. Does this mail mean that they have reached a final decision.
P.S: I sent them 3 mails and also filed a case specific enquiry. Non-ssp application under university category for UBC, Vancouver.

I applied for canada study permit on 12 july 2016, There was no update , But yesterday the status showed updated, and after few hours it again changed to submitted. I am a little confused with this.
I did not receive any email from CIC.
Please Help.

11july guy who applied under university category got a visa before two days.
So hopefully you will receive it in two days. Your application will be updated soon.
