You'll get rejected - you can apply for other schools (a lot of Masters programs in Canada require a "6.5") OR you can re-take the test

Applicants who have resided in Canada (or another English-speaking country) for at least five consecutive years prior to applying to The University of Calgary may apply for exemption from the TOEFL/IELTS requirement.

I have seen some people saying that the ones who get a marginal less score ( than the required score) in IELTS but have a good academic record are asked to take up some " english language course" in the University and hence, they are granted admission regardless of the them not fulfilling the minimum IELTS requirement.
