I had been in Canada before because I'm a PR of US and I followed the profile because they are looking for skills workers and then I can see that they asked for more than 7,000 usd as a requirement to move to Canada and to be a professional so something here is not right I really don't understand this.

It's either a scam or you are paying for the services of a lawyer.

You can apply on your own (if you qualify). You don't need a lawyer. If you apply on your own it costs far less than $7K.

Yes but Im 49 and I have travel to all over the world and I had never seen so many requests for moving to a country that it is saying on the news that they need people to work if I want I can go to Canada as a visitor and later apply for a PR and I don't have to go through all this

Coming to Canada as a visitor does not entitle you to apply for PR.

If you want to become a PR of Canada, you have to go through the process of applying through one of Canada's immigration programs. So yes - you have to go through all of this. There's no short cut.
