Take a look at their FAQ page, where they rip off, badly, another website. ( http://www.globalhire.ca/faqs.html )

What kind of service do you provide?

Relocation Assistance (S.I.N., Banking, temporary accommodation, Health Care and ESL schooling, etc.)
No kidding - I was laughing at that. They couldn't even be bothered to change the company name after they copied and pasted. They also mispelled their own company name at least once on the site. FAIL.

depends I guess if you applied to this company or are they just fishing for business.
Same rules apply to anything on the internet if you were not expecting anything then why have you been chosen and if anything they offer looks too good to be true then it probably is too good and will empty your wallet
Most likely a scam. Web site doesn't look entirely genuine.
If they are offering to pay for your flight or accommodations or food, then it's a scam. If they have said there's an urgency in applying, that's another sign it's a scam.
