I am a student of 11th class in india and i scored 4.8 cgpa in 10th and wanna immigrate to canada for better studies and opportunities and i am have my relatives there i don't know what to do???

You don't qualify to immigrate at this time. You will need to finish school first - likely a university degree - and you will need at least one year of full time work experience before you can qualify.

If you want to attend school in Canada as a foreign student, you will need to be accepted by a school and also get a study permit. To be approved for the study permit, you or your parents will need to have a bank balance of at least $25,000 to cover first year tuition and living expenses.
