I didnt receive any advice from last 2 days and still awaiting from experts

i received wrong picture on my medical form, we have theree family members and 2 other forms are correct but on my form picture is pasted of my wife

now what i do, because medical validity is 30 days and which will be finished on 24 dec,

can my 2 family members go for medical or i send wrong form to CIC and wait for correct form then we all 3 go together for medical because only 15 days left

need urgent advice

Immediately email and send a letter to CIC stating the problem and ask them what needs to be done.

I believe is a case of an error on attchment.All you need to do is to attach the correct passport to the correct form and since you will use you passport as a form of identity to the clinic.It should not be a problem.Good luck
