i did my medical exam but in my cic gckey account says that I do not need medical exam

this is my current status.. but my concern is that I did my medical exam since I received an email that i must undergo medical exam.. what does it mean?

I think it means they never even reached looking at your medicals, they found your application not eligible for study permit for whatever reason. Wait for that email for clarity.
