I APPLIED FOR CANADA PR(EXPRESS ENTRY) IN DECEMBER 2019. I CANNOT SEE MY PROGRESS BAR ON 15/05/20. YESTERDAY IT WAS 79 % AND 39 DAYS FOR THE 6 MONTH DEADLINE. WHAT DOES IT MEAN? CAN ANYONE HELP ME UNDERSTANDING THIS?

Turn off the CAPS lock.
The progress bar is irrelevant given the pandemic delays.
We knew the progress bar was only indicative. Removing it makes it look like it wasn't all that irrelevant and it's freaking people out. I know I am !
Mine is also back now. However the words changed in the status bar:
Before:
`you may not hear from us for a little while this is normal...`
Now:
`Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to. This will help move the application process along.`

This is normal when you cross 50% mark. It doesn't have to do with the progress bar disappearing.
Anyway it's a glitch and has happened before. Their website has never been that good.
Mine is 95%. When can I expect a positive response.

The progress bar is irrelevant. This has literally been mentioned at least twice in this very thread.
