I have applied in Expressentry in NOC 4011 Assistant professor. I have completed PhD in Life science. In my job I have supervised Dissertation (research project). I am confused that Can I change NOC 2121. Please suggest me.

If it’s just your profile (no ITA yet) then yes.
 
As I am working as Assistant professor in Microbiology, Can I apply as Biologist NOC 2121. I have supervised dissertation students. Else I didn’t have any experience in research. Yes I did Ph D. So am I eligible as biologist.
