I have to extend my stay as a student, so I have to renew my study permit. I need to fill out form IMM5709 but I am not able to open it on my browser or when I download it. It says my Adobe is not up to date so I updated it and it keeps saying the same. The other forms open fine. I assume that IMM 5709 is a form that creates a barcode and that is why it is causing problems. I am using a MacBook Air.
