In the event they receive Copr and the husband refuse to finish landing procedure with the wife, what would happen to the wife's application if she informs CIC due to martial dispute husband is reluctant to finish the landing? what would happen to the wife's application if she finish landing by herself and finalize divorce later?

Yes, if the wife is the primary applicant, she can land and become a PR without the knowledge/consent of the husband. However, I'm not certain what happens to the child in such a case - not sure whether you need consent for the child to land.

If the wife inform IRCC her husband and child will not land due to martial dispute and only she will land will this require re-processing of their application and change result? or should the wife go ahead and do a soft landing alone and then file for divorce after 6 months to finalize on child custody?
