Would like to ask some questions I hope you can help out.
1. Husband passed AINP nomination doesn't want to include wife on application for PR.
He filed for divorce wife contested the divorce. Husband threatened that if wife won't
sign the divorce papers he will remove the children as dependents on PR application.
Is this possible?
2. How can wife make sure that child support is being given monthly. Husband only
send support when he wants to.
Thank you in advance for those who are going to answer the questions.

1. Even if the wife contests the divorce, it will ultimately still go through. If one spouse wants to divorce, the other spouse can't stop them. As for the threats, the wife should keep records of any conversations on this topic (e.g. emails) as evidence in the divorce.
2. She should hire a family lawyer asap. This isn't an immigration matter - it's a family law matter.
