So my husband lives out of status in France, where we got married, and now I am submitting his sponsorship application. He is originally from the middle east but right now he can't go back as he has some financial obligations to complete in France before leaving but will be going back within 6 months. My question is would his application get refused just because he is out of status in another country or would his paper work just go to his country of citizenship.
I am very worried about the application. Please help

But if there will be an interview, you husband needs to attend it at the VO that his application transferred to, and most likely it will be the VO in his country of origin.
