Hi,
What do you mean by “b.e.e.c” graduate ?
So far I have seen many great warriors holding full B.E or B.Tech degree and aspired for 1 year Post Graduate Diploma/Certificate courses, but finally succumb in front of Visa officer. All holds a nicely printed A4 size Refusal Letter.
If you do not want to get refused thn I would suggest you to avoid courses like 1 year PG in “Wireless Telecommunication” etc. I know it's not yours but your Agent/consultant choice for you.
Apply for a Master Degree. Visa rejection is very high for technical graduates from India who are aspiring for a 1 year college level PG Diploma/Certificate education. I am not saying all get refused, but most of them failed to get through!

*Avoid agents/consultants.
