Humber college wireless telecommunication program requirement...???

Hi friends,
I m planing to apply for wireless telecommunication program in Humber
My qualification are :
12 th 49% 2007
Private pilot pilot licence 2008-9
Bsc IT 1st yr 2009-10
Commercial pilot licence 2010-11
Bsc IT 2nd and 3rd in 2011-12 and 2012-13 with 72% full time regular degree.
IELTS 6.6
Don't have any work experience in telecommunication.

Plz suggest me with this qualification will I get the admission in Humber ???
Also what r the chances for visa ???
If any 1 have applied in Humber for same program then plz let me know I need some more details on that...
