Hi,

I am in process of applying for H & C for my father (my mother passed away). we have some solid reasons for H & C application, Can you please suggest, other than required forms, what letters I can write like Letter of support etc. Do I need to write letter of explanation ? If someone share example or sample letters, It will be super helpful? Please share any information, or example of H & C case for parent(s).

Having a widowed parent is not enough. You need to provide proof of why your father can not visit on a supervisa, can not live independently in his home country even with some help, will not be a financial burden to Canada, why his case requires special consideration compared to many other parents waiting for PGP process, etc.

That is not JR though. JR is for your father to state the error in law with the documentation provided in the your original application. New documentation is for a new application.

You need proof of the H&C reasons. Proof of how parent will financially provide for themselves. Anything relevant to your case.
