Hi i submitted my H&C application on 28 April got a biometrics request on 12 August, i email to the immigration they told me my application is in process, due to covid-19 survice canada is not open someone please tell me why ircc is asking me for biometrics?

Have you never done biometrics before?

Yep when i applied for canadian visa i did biometrics, they're asking me biometrics H&C application

To be considered under H&C is also another way to become PR exceptionally if approved. All PR applications require biometrics in Canada.
