We have concerns as our H&c application 13months now yet no decision has been made. We applied in the best interest of a child. Me and my wife volunteered. I work and take care of my wife and kids without recourse to welfare. I have read post of people getting stage 1 approval with 7to 8 months.
Hi, urs was inland h&c? Yes it takes time and are u not able to check the status of your application online such as in process or application received?
We are able to check online. Our application was received April 20, 2017 but processing only started in december 11, 2017. Its been 14 months in total yet no decision. We see and heard people getting AIP within 7months.
The most painful thing is that, it is impossible to secure a career job without at least AIP. Recruiter would clearly pretend you exist. My career has suffered greatly yet you hear story of decision within 7 to 8 months for people. You would wonder why yours is 14months yet no decision. We need beyond just checking online. We ve called but that calling never landed us the option to speak to a human being. Its really frustrating
Does anyone have an idea where or how to get the PRRA application form. We receive mail from CBSA and thought of submitting PRRA before the our appointment dat with CBSA.
