How to work for US (IT) client from Canada?

Looking your help to understand below matters:

1: Can i work for US client from Canada which meant working remotely for client?
2: Is there any way - That i can get Project from US client through Consultancy?
3: If above 2 questions are true then what would be pay process?
4: What would be Tax Process?

bill as an independent contractor/consultant
4: What would be Tax Process?
you would declare your earnings as an independent contractor/consultant
