Thanks for your reply. I just spoke to a representative of IRB & she explained the documents I need to attach with the withdrawal form as well as the processing time. She told me that I can send the withdrawal form as a pdf through email.

Don’t write anything in the body of email. Subject should be File No. & purpose(WITHDRAW)
Form you can get online & there is already a link in this thread for that form sent by derin1010
Also attach the filled form along with a small written letter for stating the reason that you’ve got PR through spousal sponsorship & attach supporting document like COPR or PR card.
Everything must be as a PDF attachment. & the process usually takes 3 weeks but may be more because of Christmas time.

It may be on your refugee documents but you can fill either File no. or UCI no.(any one from these two) because some claimants don’t know their file number as mentioned by that caller.
Also I don’t think there is need to write interpreter name because it is optional
