Could anyone help, guide or advise me with my problem. I used to pay 1,200 CAD with an Agency in Edmonton, Alberta for them to find me a nanny job bu then I don't need their service anymore since I found an Employer already. I informed them already so I told them that I want my down payment back they answered me saying that I can get only the half of my money, I said it is okey. They said I can get it after three months, the three months is over but no answer from them. I emailed them several times but still no progress. They even sent me an agreement that I need to have it signed by a Commisioner of Oath. Please help me...thanks
