Situation for one of my friends:
Study permit is expiring on Sept 29, 2015
Need to complete three courses for graduation. Currently enrolled in online classes. Looking to renew study permit just in case if any course falls through. Letter from school for renewal received.
Question:
1. If my friend passes all the courses, she will be applying for graduation this summer itself before Sept 29. In that case, how does she withdraw the request for study permit and apply for PGWP?
2. My idea was that she apply for the study permit and look forward for a province where she can get PR easily? Once decided, move to the province and then apply for PGWP. Even if goes through EE, max points she will make is around 410-424 which won't be enough for PR given the current situations. What province would be best suited so that she can get PNP? She is in Ontario.
3. She is taking summer off but doing the courses online from a different college. Once done, she will applying for advanced standing with her registered college. Will it pose any issues with PGWP?
4. Any other suggestions?
