How to view application details after submitting?

Hello,

My spouse and I have received a message from CIC asking for her to fill out the Schedule A Background Declaration to clarify a gap. We followed instructions to not include time before she was 18, but I guess they need the info anyway. The problem we are facing is that she used approximate dates/months for her early employment, as there is no definitive way for us to find out when exactly when she worked some jobs, and we are now unable to view our application details. We are concerned that there will be issues if any of the dates differ.

Any help is greatly appreciated, as we only have a short time to submit this form!
