I am applying for my spouses spousal immigration. I live in Canada and of course I am (culturally) responsible for filling and uploading the forms for her.
I am really confused with the guidance provided in the Guide about who should create an online account and upload it.
I will fill out the use of representative form. But then on the guide it said that for unpaid representatives, they should not be linking their application to the online account. I am confused.
Can I create an account with my email and upload the document for her?
