How to update EE profile with IELTS

Hi,
Couldn't find my answer with the search function, so new topic.

I have an EE profile with my TEF results. Now I've also passed the IELTS so I want to update my profile. I don't see any option to modify it, to add the second test, though I see people on the forum talking about modifying their profile.

Do I need to withdraw my current profile and create a new one with a new code from the "Come to Canada" questionnaire?

How long does it take for the new profile to take effect?

The IELTS results are using CLB or do I need to 'translate' them in CLB?

You can modify your existing profile itself. And you can directly enter IELTS band score.. no need to convert it into CLB
