I am currently in Canada on a closed work permit, my wife has an open work permit, which is normal i believe. It is a highly skilled NOC category.
We have a 3yr old Son that arrived with us, and a 1yr old that was born in Canada, he has a Canadian passport, he is a Canadian citizen by default.
When we do the PR application, how do we treat our Canadian child on the PR application?
- we can only state he is arriving or not arriving with us (i selected not, but we are already ALL living in Canada) is this right?
- do i mention him in the section under ‘other relatives/dependents’ and highlight there that he is Canadian?
- anywhere else in the form this needs special treatment?
