Hi, I applied for renewing my PR card online on their web portal: https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/ around Dec 21 2022. However, after submitting the application, it simply says "Submitted". There was no online confirmation. When I try to track it here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html. it says that application not found. If I log into my IRCC account with GC key and try to search for existing applications by UCI number for linking, it doesn't return any new applications for linking.
So, those of you who renewed their PR cards online:
a) how did you track your application status?
b) when did you first hear anything about your application after submitting?
Nothing out of the ordinary. Submitted for my wife on December 7th. Yesterday we received a message stating that photos were missing and had to resubmit. Still can’t track it on ECAS or gckey.

As it passed normal waiting time, you can call them at
1-888-242-2100
When you call IRCC, It will ask you for the UCI , press two i.e. no UCI available and then as soon as the Message for AF and UK refugees start playing press 330 in quick succession you will be able to reach them. The real deal is - dont wait to hear out the refugee messages
Hello! Have you tried calling the IRCC office to understand when your case will show up on the IRCC portal? You can call them even a little before the normal wait time has passed to voice your concern that the application might be lost. Once you call the goverment you can use this tracker to find out how long it might take to get the PR card. I personally used it for tracking my PR card after landing but I think it can be used for PR renewal applications too. Good luck!

They told me that they received the application on April 12, gave me the application number and told me I should be able to connect it to tracker now.

Do we received any UIC or other kind of identification number for submitting a PR renewal application? I did not reveive any.. nor did i receive an email confirmation. If I go to the PR portal, it just shows application submitted on 25th March.
