I have received the ITA and now i have booked the medical and police clearance.
There are few categories:
Police Clearance India "Required" (I havent lived there for moire than 6 months)
Proof of fund "required" (I have a job offer")
My question is: If I write one LOE explaining these two scenarios, then do i have to upload it in these two separate required categories? (Like this same one document in these two categories?)

If they are asking for a police clearance certificate than you have to get it arranged and submit, doesn't matter if you have lived for less than 6 months. Few applicants have been asked for PCC while there stay was for 2 months only, all depends on IRCC.
For proof of fund you can prepare a separate LOE and attach it on POF upload section.
