Research Express Entry based on your age, education (ECA), language, work experience and funds. You need to be eligible and then have a high enough score to be invited.

Good luck. First step is ECA for degree and IELTS for English/TEF for French. Are you bilingual? Look to see if you have 67 points to even submit a profile.
