How to show the funds

This is Archith.I'm ready to apply for student visa but i have a small problem i have completed almost all the processing work but when it comes to funds i'm unable to show my father's funds because he doesn't hold a bank account as he was a farmer.so i have put my grand mothers(mother's mother sister) property in the bank and i got the loan and i'm also showing her fixed deposits Income Tax returns and all other and my fathers income and evaluated property is around 22 lakhs and income around 5.5 lakhs as annual which is genuine.But how can i show my grand mother's property and fixed deposit as mine as she is third party holder to me will affidavit make an effect for it can i satisfy the officials with an affidavit.Please help me how to over come because i don't hold any relationship certificates only chance is to show through affidavit will they accept it.Every document is genuine.

What I suggest is, get a sponsorship letter from the person along with affidavit of support. That should do the work.

i think, you dont need to show your grandmother's bond as yours. you can show her as your sponsor and she'll sponsor you with those bonds.
i should my aunt as my sponsor and she used her fixed deposits for my sponsorship. i already got Med call and So far VO didnt raise any question for that.

remember, you should show as much evidence(for example: investments, income from rental properties) possible alongside the affidavits. Supporting documents will give the VO less chance to raise question

If ur every doc is genuine then just relax...n do one thing make an affidavit from ur grand mother in which write that he is my beloved grand son and i am sponsoring her for study in canada
