What are the ways to show funds? According to rule past 4 months bank statements are required. I have an account which is 2 years old, but there are not sufficient funds in that account. My uncle is a businessman, and he has a strong account. Can I use his statements? Or Can he Sponsor me? Please you people advice me what should I do? I have applied at college, and it will take about one month to get letter of acceptance from college. Please tell me another way out... :-(

Its a no brain scenario. In your application you must show funds to cover your first year expenditure exclusively in your name held for in excess of 4 months all in your name. Put it another way there is no point showing a statement belonging to anyone else! That would be suicide for your application.
I shoot from the hip!!
what about in the case of my son, he has not started working and just graduated from High school how would he be able to provide funds in his name, i am the one sponsoring him and i guess that is acceptable
