I need to send my transcripts from UK to WES. I tried sending them via DHLcourier. DHLs online form said they need a first name and a last name of the receiver. So I posted them via Royal mail tracked and signed. Tracking stopped on the day I posted it. It just says "ON ITS WAY TO TORONTO CANADA". No further updates since 20th Feb!

You can call Royal Mail and find out what is going on.
Just out of curiosity, Why are you sending your transcript yourself? Is it not supposed to be sent by your Uni? Even though they can give it t you to send it, there is a strict guidelines from WES on that.
The reason why i picked on this is when you said you have 'set of transcripts'.
If you want to send copy of your CERTIFICATE, then you can send that using HELLOFAX online and send it to WES FAX Number: 416-972-9004.
