Hi All,

I am about to send my application package from India as a commonlaw partner. Please guide me what is the best way to send the package. I mean exactly how I should put them together?

Should I put them together in a folder or in an envelope just with all documents in it?

Most importantly in which order should i place the forms and documents?

look at the checklist and follow that order. put everything in one big envelope and send it off. thats what i did.

Try to arrange items by the document checklist if possible.

I made 3 separate folders -

1) Sponsor - all the sponsor's forms and identification, such as birth certificate, etc

2) Applicant - all the applicant's forms and identification

3) Proof of relationship - all the proofs

All folders went into one big box.

Since Mississauga does the first part for the sponsor and my VO does my part, I figured having the forms separate would help somewhat. I have no clue if I'm right but.... oh well :)
