Hi Guys

I just got my Passport request from NDVO. I am living abroad and as per my region, my VO is Phillipines(Manila) but I opted for the new delhi.
So how can I send my passport for the visa stamp to NDVO. Can it be possible via. VFS or I should submit it by hand ( through a freind)?
