I sent my transcripts last year and got a report in last year it self.
I got two copy, is that the ECA report, which I need to send? Do I need to send both the copy to CIC

That is the report. Include one of the reports, photocopy of the credential that was evaluated in your application package you'll be fine.
Can you please let me know if we do need to notarize the photo copies we are suppose to send to the CIC.

yes attach one of the documents you received and you will be good to go.
So It means , I have to attach ECA reports and all degree and marksheet photocopies
